Drop-in centre
OURDROP IN AND ESOL SERVICE HAS NOW REOPENED
The Drop In is now open at St Mary’s, Church Street, Watford, WD18 0EG on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month between 11.00 and 1.00pm
At other times clients can ring the office number 01923 252434 and if there is no one in the office at the time we will get back to you as soon as possible, or you can also e-mail.
Our volunteers can provide advice and support on the spot, including:
help with filling in forms and interpreting official document
matching clients with one of our befrienders
referring clients to a solicitor who specialises in immigration law (our partner solicitor comes to the centre to provide advice on the fourth Tuesday of each month)
assistance with finding appropriate housing
access to the charity’s other services, such as free classes in English and other skills
If you know anyone in the Watford and Three Rivers area who is without status in the UK (including refugees or asylum seekers) and would benefit from our support, please tell them about the drop-in centre or bring them along.
The centre could not function without our team of committed volunteers and we are always looking for additional help. If you’re interested in joining the team, please get in touch – there’s a chance you could help change someone’s life.
